WHAT'S NEW?

• Swarm season winding down, but we're still getting occasional calls!  If you'd like to get a swarm of bees, make sure let Rebecca Sunderlin or Mike Halby know to add you to the swarm list.

• PPBA will have a booth at the El Paso County Fair  (www.elpasocountyfair.com), with a "Bee Cage" and a nuc.  If you can help out with the Fair this year - contact John Hartley.

• For you new beekeepers, plan on attending the extractor demo at Bear Creek Park on Sept 11. This is a great way to see the whole process of getting honey out of the frames!

• PPBA members: if you have artwork or a photo that you think would make a good T-Shirt design for the PPBA club, bring it to the October meeting and we'll hold a vote!
